To use real-money features on phpun, you must complete the registration process and submit to KYC verification. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid government-issued identification document.
Each natural person is permitted to hold only one active phpun account. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all related accounts and permanent forfeiture of balances therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your phpun username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) associated with your account. If you believe your phpun account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify phpun immediately at [email protected]. phpun reserves the right to suspend an account pending investigation of any suspected unauthorised access.
phpun may require you to submit identity documents at any time, including upon registration, before processing any withdrawal, and during periodic compliance reviews. Accepted documents include Philippine National IDs, passports, driver's licenses, PhilSys cards, SSS or GSIS IDs, and PRC IDs. Failure to complete KYC will result in account restrictions until verification is completed.
All transactions on phpun — deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals — are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). phpun does not accept or process transactions in any other currency.
phpun accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and InstaPay. Payment channel availability may be subject to change at phpun's sole discretion.
Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your phpun wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfers may take up to one business day to reflect. phpun is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completed KYC verification and compliance with phpun's anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes during operational hours. Bank transfers are typically processed within one business day. phpun reserves the right to delay any withdrawal pending identity verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
phpun may require that withdrawals be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, particularly for AML compliance purposes. You may not withdraw funds to a bank account, GCash number, or card that does not belong to you personally.
All bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives ("Bonuses") offered on phpun are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the Bonus is offered. By claiming any Bonus, you agree to the applicable terms.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any related funds can be withdrawn. phpun will specify the applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits for each promotion. phpun reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a compliance risk under applicable PAGCOR regulations.
You may request closure of your phpun account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any available real-money balance (net of bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered withdrawal method subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and AML review.
Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period through their phpun account settings or by contacting support. Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed for the duration selected. phpun will take reasonable steps to prevent re-registration during the exclusion period.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phpun shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the phpun platform, including losses of winnings, profit, data, or goodwill.
phpun's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real money you deposited into your phpun account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits phpun's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.
phpun collects, processes, and stores your personal information in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and consent to phpun's Privacy Policy as it applies to your account and use of the Platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, your phpun account, or the phpun platform shall first be referred to phpun's customer support team for informal resolution. If not resolved within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
Regulatory complaints related to phpun's gaming operations may be submitted to PAGCOR through its official channels.
phpun reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phpun will notify registered players by email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law, regulatory direction, or urgent security concerns.
Your continued use of the phpun platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using phpun and close your account before the effective date.
